Module development is the joint responsibility of both the customer and WriteDoc. The responsibility of each during each module development stage is shown below. Also see Development Methodology.

Note: The development methodology ensures that each module will be reviewed at least twice (Draft and Beta). Consequently, it is intended that each module pass through each stage only once.
